RHS was selected as a development partner through the City of Wichita Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) to rehabilitate six residential properties designed to expand affordable homeownership opportunities.
These homes are offered through the City of Wichita HOME80 program and are available to qualified first-time homebuyers, subject to program eligibility, income guidelines, and approval requirements.
Eligible buyers may also receive down payment assistance through the program.
